How to make graphite woven filler more wear-resistant

Graphite woven fillers are mainly made of various reinforcing fibers, metal wires (steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon fiber, pre-oxygen wire, glass yarn) and other enhanced graphite wires.

Suitable for dynamic sealing under high temperature and high pressure conditions. With the exception of a few strong oxidants, it can be used to seal hot water, superheated steam, heat transfer fluids, ammonia solution, cryogenic liquids, etc.

Mainly used for sealing of valves, pumps and reactors under high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion resistant media. It is also a unique universal seal packing.

General lubrication

Wear-resistant lubricating materials: Graphite is often used as a lubricant in the mechanical industry. Lubricating oils can not be used under high speed, high temperature and high pressure conditions, while graphite wear resistant materials can work at high sliding speeds from 200 to 2000°C without using lubricating oil. Many devices that transport corrosive media have widely used graphite materials to make piston cups, seals, and bearings. They don't need to be lubricated when they are running. Graphite milk is also a good lubricant for many metal processing (drawing, drawing).
